My name is Daniel Zimmermann and I hereby apply for becoming a Root Node on the Q Blockchain (mainnet).

Education:
I hold a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) degree from the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld.
Professional Experience:
Starting in 2007, I held several roles within the German Fintech industry. Initially, I supported business customers with integration topics, eventually transitioning into Product Management. In this capacity, I had the opportunity to develop an eWallet system and a Payment Service Provider (PSP) platform covering cards and alternative payment methods (APMs).
In 2018, I felt the calling of a new emerging technology: blockchain. While I admit it was relatively late, the technology fascinated me from day one with its inherent opportunities and risks. In late 2020, I joined Q Development AG, where I've had the privilege to support the growth of the Q blockchain. Throughout our five-year journey, I've worn multiple hats, not only leading Operations at Q Development AG but also contributing technically to the maintenance and evolution of the Q protocol.
Motivation:
As a Root Node, I am eager to contribute to the stability and security of the Q Blockchain. I believe my extensive experience in the Fintech industry, combined with my deep passion for blockchain technology, makes me a highly suitable candidate for this critical role. I am fully committed to supporting the Q community and ensuring the continued success of the Q Blockchain.
